RSVP Management

One of the most tedious parts of planning a wedding is organising the RSVP’s as they come in. From the number of guests, dietary requirements, special requests and seating arrangement, this is one of the most time consuming part of the wedding day. Take the stress away and let us take over the RSVP section of your wedding or engagement.


  • Initial meeting to understand your guest list and requirements
  • Full service of all RSVP collection
  • Follow up with any outstanding RSVP’s
  • Create detailed guest list (name, address, dietary requirements, notes)

Rehearsal Dinner Planning

The wedding is fast approaching and it’s now time to plan your rehearsal dinner with your gorgeous wedding party and family. This small intimate dinner (or luncheon) should reflect you with stunning food, great service and a vibrant atmosphere for one last gathering before the big day. We’ve put together our top locations that we work closely with to provide you the perfect night.


  • Initial meeting to understand the style of food and atmosphere you are after
  • Organise a list of top restaurants that would best suit your style
  • Confirm venue location, menu and drinks packages
  • Confirm numbers & dietary requirements with venue in the lead up to the event
  • Set up any decor styling at venue

Ceremony Rehearsal

Being the most important part of your day, we want to make sure everything goes off without a hitch. If you need a bit of extra help to know who stands where and walks when, or when to que the music, then we are your go to. We’ll walk you through every step of the way from the moment the groom walks in, to your big entrance, to your first official kiss. We want to make sure the ceremony is flawless with no unexpected embarrassing moments.


  • Meeting to discuss ceremony location, planned readings, and any other special planned events you may have organised
  • Onsite meeting at ceremony location leading up to the wedding with wedding party, family and celebrant/priest
  • Unlimited email correspondence
  • Detailed walk through at the ceremony to ensure everyone understands their roles
  • A written run sheet given at least 48hrs prior to the ceremony and distributed to all parties. This will include readings, music, entrance, timings, etc. 

Set Up & Tear Down

You’ve got everything planned, prepared and ready to go, now you just need someone to set up the venue so you can truly enjoy your morning of pampering. Sometimes asking a friend or relative is not always the best option when it comes to your big day. We’ll speak with those who have organised your décor and will assist with the set up and team down, based around your venues set rules.


  • Initial meeting to understand what you have hired/created and where you would like them placed
  • Onsite meeting at ceremony/reception locations to walk through the set up with you
  • Unlimited email correspondence
  • Confirm all ceremony/reception decor suppliers bump in & out two weeks prior to wedding
  • Create a brief to ensure everything is correct for the set up to ensure no questions or issues arise on the morning
  • Pack up all décor from venue and return back to either supplier or bride following the ceremony/reception
