Have everything planned right down to the last detail, but need a helping hand on the day? Let us provide day of coordination so you can truly enjoy your special day. This package is perfect for those who love the planning stages, however want an extra set of hands on the day to make sure everything is set for your grand entrance and guest arrival. With half a day, this will give us time to finish setting up your ceremony & reception locations.
Pre Wedding Day
- Meeting week of wedding to discuss final day of details
- Unlimited email correspondence
- Site inspection for final walk through
Wedding Day
- 5hrs on the day assistance
- Assistance with setting up ceremony &/or reception venues
- Answer questions on the day from suppliers at ceremony or reception so that you can enjoy your morning of pampering
Full Day Coordination
For those weddings who have a bit more planning than they had hoped for on the day, this package is perfect for those who need a bit more assistance from start to finish on the day. We will spend more time with you leading up to the wedding to make sure all details are confirmed. On the day, switch your phone off and leave everything to us while you enjoy every moment of your special day.
Pre Wedding Day
- Unlimited meetings leading up to the wedding
- Unlimited email correspondence
- Site inspection at all confirmed venues for final walk through
- Coordination & confirmation of all pre confirmed vendors/suppliers
- Create a run sheet on how the day will run and given to all suppliers and wedding party. This includes all formalities, timings before & during ceremony/reception.
Wedding Day
- Up to 10hrs day of coordination (additional coordinator available)
- Supervise and assist with setting up ceremony and/or reception venues
- Oversea all work by day of suppliers
- Answer questions on the day from suppliers and ceremony/reception venue so that you can enjoy your day of pampering.
- Assist with photography logistics
- Distribute final payments to suppliers
- Coordinate transportation of wedding gifts to a predetermined location
