Full Planning & Day of Coordination
The question has been popped, you’ve said yes, now what? If you’re like most and not quite sure where to start, and would feel more at ease with someone who has done this 100’s of times, this is the perfect package for you. We will sit down, go over what you have always envisioned (or maybe just have a few key thoughts on what you want) and we will start brainstorming to showcase your fairy tale day. From start to finish we will be there to ensure nothings has been left out before you walk down the aisle. We’ll provide recommendations on cake, photographer, videographer, florist, décor, music (the list goes on) so that you don’t need to spend countless hours searching for someone you are unsure on. When the big day comes, we will be there on the day to make sure everything goes off without a hitch.
Pre Wedding Day
- Initial meeting to understand your vision & ideas
- Scout & meet onsite at proposed ceremony locations
- Scout & meet onsite at proposed reception locations
- Unlimited meetings leading up to the wedding
- Unlimited email correspondence
- Booking & confirmation of all suppliers (cake, celebrant, photographer, transportation, videographer, band, DJ, florist, decor)
- Final site inspection at all confirmed venues
- Provide budget guidance and keep track of all expenses
- Create a run sheet for the day to ensure all suppliers & wedding party are aware of schedule (all formalities, timings before & during ceremony/reception)
- Confirm all suppliers bump in & out two weeks prior to wedding
Wedding Day
- Unlimited day of coordination (additional assistant available)
- Supervise and assist with setting up ceremony and/or reception venues
- Oversea all work by day of suppliers
- Answer questions on the day from suppliers and ceremony/reception venue so that you can enjoy your day of pampering.
- Assist with photography logistics
- Distribute final payments to suppliers
- Coordinate transportation of wedding gifts to a predetermined location
Post Wedding
- Ensure all hired items are returned to suppliers
- Supervise tear down and clean up at venue
