We all know bridesmaids dresses change with the season, whether it’s a chance in colour or neckline, however the latest trend has us in love! Although we are still crushing on a great pastel dress, the bridal runways have been flooded with sequin and sparkle! We may have been a bit unsure at first (since we never want to outdo our beautiful bride of course), however it didn’t take long for us to fall in love!

There are so many different ways to incorporate a bit (or a lot) of sparkle into your girls gowns. From a beaded neckline, to full head to toe sparkle, we’ve picked our top looks for this season.

1. Head to Toe Glitz

These work great for a formal affair in a light pastel colour. If you are looking to go with a full length gown, I’d recommend going with a light or green floral arrangement for the girls as well. This will help to create a chic, yet romantic look.

2. Short & Glittered

The warmer months can be tricky when it comes to finding the perfect sequin gown. We love that there are now so many shorter dresses available and in so many colours! A great above the knee dress full of sequin can still create a dramatic look without being uncomfortably warm during the hotter months.

 

3. A Touch of Gold

Maybe a full sequins dress is a bit much for your style, so why not add just a touch of gold to bring a bit of glitz and glam to your girls dresses. Not only will they add a hint of sparkle, but look stunning in photos!

4. Mismatched Metallic 

Probably the biggest trend of all is the mismatched bridesmaids gowns, now paired with a bit of glitz! We are so in love with the look of all your girls in mismatched dresses, with either the same or a similar colour palette and sparkling from head to toe!
